Ideal Shyambazar is one of the leading higher educational service providers of India. We’ve been established to guide the engineering and medical aspiring students by providing them proper and detailed information about all competitive entrance exams. It’s been many years since our establishment and most of the students from our institution are well established in their respective fields through out the world. Our other services include all higher education (engineering/medical/college admission) form fill up, SMS alert on every notification, admit card download for every exam, any information regarding engineering/medical/pharmacy/architecture and other exams, pre exam seminars for engineering and medical aspiring students, pre counseling and motivational sessions, joint entrance exam online counseling – engineering & medical (states & all India) and Student Dashboard to get all the aforementioned services completely online and many more.

Now we need some rules to keep our platform and services safe for both our students and us. These terms and conditions apply to all your activities on the Ideal Shyambazar website and Student Dashboard. You must have reached the age of consent for online services in your country to use https://www.idealshyambazar.com . The site is completely dedicated for educational purpose hence its recommended for everyone to indulge in educational activities only, when live on this site.

1. Accounts:

If you purchase Student Dashboard then an account will be created for you that you can access to avail the services completely online as mentioned on our website. While we set up and maintain your account you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information including a valid email address. You are completely responsible for your account, associated documents with that account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. That means, you must keep your password somewhere safe. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, immediately let us know by contacting us. If by any chance you forget your password, please let us know by contacting us.

2. Enrollment:

To avail the services as mentioned on our website we charge a reasonable service fee of 2,050 rupees. This service fee only includes the basic services i.e.,engineering exams (JEE Main & Advance, WBJEE, COMEDK (Karnataka), ISI, MAHE (Manipal), SRM (Chennai), V.I.T (Vellore), KIIT (Orissa), CMI, BITSAT, CLAT, KVPY, NEST, IISER), medical exams (NEET, AGRICULTURE, JENPAUH (Nursing) ), SMS alert on every notification, admit card download for the aforementioned exams, any information regarding engineering, medical, pharmacy, architecture and other exams, pre exam seminars for engineering and medical aspirants, pre counselling and motivational sessions. The enrollment is valid for one academic year only. One academic years refers to current year July to next year September. During enrollment you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Ideal Shyambazar holds every right to change the service charge and service period for enrollment from time to time.

3. Student Dashboard:

We provide all the services completely online that are mentioned on our website. The online services from Ideal Shyambazar can be availed from the dedicated dashboard only. You will get all our services completely online in the dashboard. To avail the services online using the Student Dashboard we charge a reasonable service fee of 1,550 rupees. During enrollment and Student Dashboard account creation you should provide accurate and complete information. Ideal Shyambazar holds every right to change the service charge for online services and Student Dashboard from time to time. If for any reason or any how our server becomes down, we’ll continue to provide the services in offline mode. The Student Dashboard infrastructure is developed and tested in ideal environment (it’s completely tested and approved product) by our expert web development team, hence we are not responsible for any issues (technical difficulties or internet failure and so on) on your side. If for any reason during the online form fill up if the server of the concerned exam authority becomes down and as a result if anything (unsuccessful payment or failure in form submission and so on) goes wrong then we’re not responsible for it. You have to contact the concerned exam authority for the necessary steps to be taken. We’re not responsible for any misuse of any document from your dashboard. The concerned student is responsible for all the activities associated with the dashboard account.

5. Payments & Refunds:

You agree to pay the service fee for enrollment, additional services and student dashboard that you purchase , and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. Ideal Shyambazar works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. When you make a purchase you agree not to use an invalid payment details. No refunds will be entertained after a successful transaction for any of the aforementioned services that we provide. We don’t process any refund or entertain any cancellation for any of our services.

6. Limitation Of Warranties:

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are “as is” and “as available”. This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that: i) the use of our Resources will meet your needs or requirements.
ii) the use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors.
iii) the information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable, and
iv) any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources we provide will be repaired or corrected.

Furthermore, you understand and agree that:

v) any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Resources is done at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.
vi) no information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, obtained by you from Ideal Shyambazar or through any Resources we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.

7. Limitation Of Liability:

In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. Ideal Shyambazar will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

8. Termination Of Use:

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

9. Behavior Rules:

It is your utmost responsibility to keep our platform clean. Whenever you post a comment on any of our updates/notices you have to follow some guidelines.

a. You must respect the author of the post and shouldn’t address or ask him/her any inappropriate statements or questions.

b. You should respect others who are commenting on the notice. All must treat each other humbly. No racism/profanity will be entertained and will be taken under strict lawful action.

c. No spam, self promotion or promoting others will be entertained.

d. Discussion on politics is strictly prohibited.

e. Only comments related to education will be accepted.

f. You need to compulsorily provide your name and email address while commenting on any update/notice.

Ideal Shyambazar holds all rights to delete any comment at any time without any prior notice if we find any comment to be harmful for our platform and community.

10. Ideal Shyambazar’s Rights:

We own the Ideal Shyambazar platform and services, including the website, any future applications, present or future services, and things like our logos, API, code, and content created by our employees. You hold no rights to tamper those or use them without authorization. Ideal Shyambazar holds every right to change the pricing for any service (enrollment/Student Dashboard) when it is required. And you agree to pay the updated fee from the date when it gets applied.

11. Privacy:

Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we’ve created a separate Privacy Policy in order to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information. Our privacy policy is included under the scope of this User Agreement.

12. Disclaimers:

It may happen that our platform is down , either for planned maintenance or because something goes down with the site . It may also happen that we encounter security issues. These are just examples.
You accept that you will not have any recourse against us in any of these types of cases where things don’t work out right.
We may decide to cease making available certain features of the services at any time and for any reason. Under no circumstances will Ideal Shyambazar be held liable for any damages due to such interruptions or lack of availability of such features.
We are not responsible for delay or failure of our performance of any of the services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, like an act of war, hostility,or sabotage; natural disaster; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage; or government restrictions.

13. Indemnification:

If you behave in a way that gets us in legal trouble, we may exercise legal recourse against you. You agree to indemnify, defend(if we so request), and hold harmless Ideal Shyambazar , our partners and affiliates from an against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses(including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (a) your use of the services, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party. Your indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these terms and your use of the services.

14. Updating These Terms:

From time to time, we may update these terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and Ideal Shyambazar reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these terms at any time. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.
Your continued use of our services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised terms shall supersede all previous terms.

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, Ideal Shyambazar EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
